Hello there Christmas Eve! After continual raping of central heating, I finally have running water. As a result of said raping, the house is so swelteringly hot, I can walk around the house in short shorts. Even though my legs have mysterious bruises up and down them and a horrible rash from being itchy.
I wish my boyfriend was here right now because I'm online shopping at New Look and usually get him to make a final decision when I'm finding it hard to pick something. Ended up buying this, this and this. Slightly dubious about the dress. Hopefully it turns out that it's actually really nice. Because I really want to sew a faux fur capelet to go over the top of it. My head has literally been racing with different colours of fur, fastenings, ribbon and linings. Wish I had my sewing doodle book on me right now! It's definitely going to be sleeveless. And sitting around the shoulder.
Very proud of myself that I remembered to defrost the turkey. Unfortunately, I forgot brussel sprouts [nobody likes them anyway] and the crackers. Uh oh.
